In 2008 over £70k was spent on running St Marys and in 2009 the figure was around £68k. We are awaiting the final figures for 2010, and this figure won't include new expenditure including the cost of a new boiler.

St Marys relies heavily on the goodwill of those giving, not just financial but in a range of different ways.

There are a range of different ways in which you can help support the church financially.

1. White Gift Aid Envelopes - these are located in the church.

2. Blue Gift Aid envelopes - if you wish to save the hassle of filling in your details each week - we can supply you with a booklet of envelopes that can be used each week.

3. Standing Order - a number choose to provide a gift via a standing order.

All of these options allow the Chuch to claim back tax from HMRC in the region of 20%.
